sono a chiedere info sull'impostazione di questa nuova Notifica da inviare per mail.
Vorrei che l'ultimo giorno o qualche giorno prima dell'ultimo appuntamento fissato, tramite acquisto di Pacchetto, venisse inviata una mail in automatico al cliente che ricordi ed inviti ad acquistare un nuovo pacchetto date relative al corso che sta finendo.
Siccome ogni pacchetto può variare da 1 mese a 5, come potrei selezionare la regola che capisca quando è l'ultimo appuntamento acquistato?

Al momento, Amelia non offre una funzionalità automatica per inviare una notifica personalizzata in base all'ultimo appuntamento di un pacchetto acquistato. Non c'è una regola predefinita che permetta di inviare una notifica specifica in base alla data dell'ultimo appuntamento di un pacchetto.
Tuttavia, potresti considerare l'uso di un plugin di automazione per le e-mail, che ti permetta di configurare messaggi personalizzati in base alla scadenza del pacchetto o all'ultimo appuntamento effettuato.
