In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I have a question regarding how the packages work. If a customer whose package has expired had previously booked all their lessons in time, and then cancels one of the lessons they had booked, is the lesson refunded even if the package has expired, or is it forfeited?

Thank you for your question!
If a customer’s package has expired but they had already booked all their lessons in time, and then they cancel one of those appointments, the appointment will not be forfeited. The system will still recognize the appointment as part of the original package, even after expiration.

Thank you for your patience and for running the test. Yes, you are correct—if an appointment from an expired package is canceled, the lesson will not be returned to the package. This is the intended behavior in Amelia version 7.9.
