I have set up custom fields in my booking form to collect customer details but I am not able to see the customer address details in the customers section of the Amelia in Wordpress. Please guide me as how I can see these details. Also when trying to import customer details in bulk, I cannot import address details and any other custom customer information I need.
Reporting of Events
I am using the events feature of Amelia but I am not able to see any report details in the dashboard for events. How can this be set up?
Custom fields are tied to appointments not to customers so all data from custom field you can fined when you click to edit an appointment. So at this time customers must fill in data for custom fields each time they are booking an appointment.
Events can not be seen in dashboard at the time only appointment can.
