Hi, I'm about to open a dog walker business. Therefore I need a proper booking app. Actually I want to offer at dedicated days within a fixed time slot my service. Like 3 hours mondays from 9am till 12am. So that potential customer can only book at that time on monday my service. I couldn't find a possibility handleing that with appointments. Am I wrong? So I started that issue with creating events. One event every monday for 3 hours starting at 9am. Unfortunately I can only see appointments on the dashboard. For events I cannot see any data/statistics. Did I make anything wrong? Best Thomas

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Event cannot be seen on dashboard yet but you should be able to achieve this with services also you just need to set employee work hours.

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
