We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I'm a service provider working for another service provider working for a final customer.

Our goal is to connect Amelia to 3 Outlook accounts.

I followed carefully the doc https://wpamelia.com/configuring-outlook-calendar/

But, there's no way to connect the 3 accounts from Amelia backend or from the employee panel. We get a message "Admin authorization required".

We did the procedure again and created the app on an "admin" Outlook account, who gave read/write authorizations - your doc didn't tell us about it AT ALL, but we did it.

But, we still could not connect the 3 outlook accounts from the backend. We got th exact same "admin authorization required" message.

Any idea how to solve this ?

    Hello Ludovic,

    Thank you for reaching out.

For the integration with Outlook, only one Outlook account is used for the actual integration, but you can connect an unlimited number of Outlook accounts to individual employees in Amelia.

The "Admin authorization required" message typically appears if there is an issue with the permissions or the way the integration is set up. It seems you've already done the steps with the admin account and provided read/write permissions, which is great. However, ensure that the permissions for the integration account are correctly set up, and try re-authorizing the integration once more.

If the issue persists, please ensure that the app you created in Outlook is registered correctly and that there are no restrictions blocking the integration.

Let me know if the issue continues, and we can explore further solutions!

    Kind Regards,
