When I have multiple reservations for the same time, for example, after I approve a reservation for one person and then receive another reservation for the same time, the system sends an email again to the first person once I approve the second reservation.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is happening because this is actually a group booking. When multiple appointments are booked for the same time slot, Amelia treats it as a group appointment. In the Appointments section, you’ll see all attendees under the same appointment. Any changes made to this appointment (such as date or time changes) will be sent to all customers who booked. However, if you click on the appointment, you can manually change the status for each attendee.
