We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Does the Amelia plugin allow you to present services by showing hours available in the calendar? Can I ask for a tutorial where I can see what it looks like (how to set it up)?
Hello Greg,
Thank you for reaching out!
Yes, Amelia allows you to display available hours for services in the calendar. The plugin provides a booking interface where customers can see the available time slots for each service, based on the employee’s availability.
Here’s a general idea of how to set it up:
Create Services:
Assign Employees to Services:
Set Calendar Availability:
Embed the Booking form:
Let me know if that helped you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thank you for answer but to be clear.. Escape Room, employee works with every reservations. I stiil have a problem to set up correct Amelia plugin as I need.
1. Which form should I choose? (Event Calendar Booking Form 2.0?). Form Step by step is not for me. As I mentioned I need the client can see and choose slots from calendar.
2. The panel for the service (employee) is needed. They have only possibility see the reservation and can make any comments with it. Each employee must see every reservations in calendar (best vision). How to do?
in addition example how it should look like..

Hello Greg,
Since this is related to service booking, I would suggest the step-by-step booking form: [ameliastepbooking]
The only option where the empyoeees can see their own bookings is the employee panel form with the following shortcode:
[ameliaemployeepanel appointments=1 events=1]
Let me know if that works for you.
Kind Regards,
