How can customers reorder an appointment with the same custom field data so they don't need to fill it out again?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. In Amelia custom fields are tied to appointments not to customers so they need to enter this data each time the book Im afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
