Thank you for reaching out to us. If a timeslot is fully booked, it will not be shown on the booking form. However, if you go to the Customize settings, under the Date and Time step / Options, there is an option called "Show Busy Time Slots."
If this option is enabled, the timeslot will be displayed in red, but it will be marked as "busy."

I have 9 participants maximum to my class. how can I indicate when the slot is full to avoid over booking? thank you
