#1. I am unable to create a new event or duplicate an event
I know how to do this- but the functionality has stopped. "Duplicate" button does not work, "Save" does not work.
#2. Customers are purchasing seats for the events online, it is correctly processing in WooCommerce as it always has, but Amelia is NOT showing the seats being taken away nor is it reflecting any customers in the events.
These are MAJOR issues. I have had my Website developer look into this already and everything is working correctly through WooCommerce- it is an Amelia issue. I don't have a ton of time to wait weeks for fixes, as this is costing me money every day I can't create events. And it is administratively a nightmare if I can't see what customers are in the events coming up. SO I am pleading for some kind of quick response and help to get this corrected as soon as possible.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please provide me with the database access (phpMyAdmin) and I will have this resolved for you.
To add to the other Amelia issues - now the coupon codes have stopped working. There is a coupon code in AMelia we use all the time labeled "Members10off" that should be taking 10% off members classes when they go to register on the website and the code is no longer working.
Please add that issue to the others.
I am considering ending my Amelia subscription and deleting it completely from my website because these issues are persisting. It is costing me business. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
Thank you for the update on this and or your patience.
For this purpose, you will have to enable one hidden option in WooCommerce.
This is not automatically enabled once you install the plugin and I will show you how to do it:
1. Update the plugin to the latest version
2. Access Amelia Settings/Payments, and expand the WooCommerce section. Scroll down to the last rule. Right-click just below it and click on "Inspect":
In the console, you will see the following. Click on the last div:
On the right-hand side panel, you will see this:
Uncheck that option, like so:
A new slider will appear below the last rule in WooCommerce settings (in Amelia):
Enable it and save these settings. Please note that once you enable the slider, it will automatically hide again, but don't worry about it.
The changes previously applied should remain intact since the hidden setting modifies the database once enabled, and it stays enabled after each update - similar to all settings in Amelia. So, once you enable the plugin, there's no need to go over the same changes again.
Hello, I have completed the tasks as you have stated below.
I then logged out, went to the site and checked to see if the orders were properly reflected and I don't see any change. Will this only affect "new" orders? I assume so, if so, can I go in and "add attendees" to add the orders:
#3363, #3362, #3354, #3329, #3326, #3328, #3333, to classes?
Two MAJOR issues:

Hello,
I was able to get the coupon code to work, thank you.
I was also able to duplicate an event just now, which is good.
However orders coming in reflected through WooCommerce correctly are still not being reflected on Amelia.
You can see order #3363 should be a seat taken away from the event starting on Jan 6, and it has not been reflected.
Likewise these orders are not reflected on the corresponding Amelia events:
#3362 - event on Dec 27
#3354 - event on Jan 7
#3329 - event Jan 11
#3326, #3328, #3333 - event on Dec 14
Hello Debra,
Thank you for the update on this.
I will take a look into this as soon as possible.
I appreciate your patience.

Hello Debra,
Additionally, you will need to create those orders manually on the Amelia > Events > Attendees page. Here's how:
This way, you can ensure that all the necessary orders are properly recorded.
Please note that the changes will only affect new orders, and any existing orders will need to be manually updated if needed.
Let me know if you need further assistance!
Kind Regards,
