As far as I understand, there is no option to add an address to each customer, right? I only work with Amelia in the Back-End and therefore need to be able to set each customer's address which is forwarded to the respective staff via email (it must be selectable, e.g. all customers should be able to be connected to all staff). Is this a possibility to solve in some smooth way, otherwise unfortunately Amelia will be unused for my business.
You can create custom fields and enter their address on the front end and on the backend. Then via placeholders you can send this data to your employees. Custo fields are tied to appointment so each time you will need to enter this data to custom fields but you can save this data in customer internal notes. You can read more about to on this link https://wpamelia.com/custom-fields/.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
