We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I am using the Elementor short code widget with the following Amelia shortcode: [ameliaevents]
I have created events for each of the IT Training courses I offer and under Event Settings - Payment I select the corresponding woocommerce product. By doing this I link the Amelia event to the woocommerce product. As per my previous ticket.
Now on my single product template I want to dynamically populate the specific woocommerce product, this I am doing using woocommerce widgets. Then as part of my purchase process the client is required to select an Amelia event that I created for this 5 day course as an example. Now I want Amelia to display only the events linked to this specific woocommerce product. Currently it displays all created events for all the courses in my catalogue.
I can not use static event ID's in a template, this defeats the purpose of using a template in the first place.
The Woocommerce product type is "Variable Product" so that I can create three variations of this product. Each variation does not require it's own schedule, this has been done so the client can select the course delivery method, that being In-Peron, Online or Self Paced.
The overall design strategy here is to use woocommerce for pricing, cart, checkout, and the selection of the delivery method (variations on the products). This implements the three pricing tiers for the offers so must be kept within woocommerce.
Amelia handles scheduling, course seat availability and client communications.
Thank you in advance,
Daniel
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is quite specific requirement and I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
