I hope this message finds you well. I currently manage around five websites using Amelia, and today I encountered an issue where all of them have been logged out from SMS services. Upon contacting the Amelia support team, I was informed that the IP address 116.203.87.139 has been flagged by Imunify360, which is preventing me from accessing it.
As a result, my clients are unable to receive SMS notifications, which is a critical feature for their operations. This issue seems to be affecting multiple hosting providers, including A2 Hosting, BanaHosting, and others.
Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? If needed, I kindly request your help in contacting Imunify360 or taking any necessary steps to remove the IP from the blacklist. Ensuring that SMS notifications are reactivated is essential for my clients' needs.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If I understand correctly, the IP address 116.203.87.139 is the address you use to log in to those websites? And the issue is that you are not able to log in / access the SMS feature?

The IP address I referenced is the one used to connect to the Amelia Server SMS. Unfortunately, it has been globally blocked by Imunify360. According to my hosting provider, you will need to take action to unblock this IP address, as it has been reported globally. As a result, some of my websites have been logged out of the SMS service and are unable to connect to the server.
