We want our employees to be able to create and process customers. Unfortunately I can't configure this in the settings, can you tell me how I can do this?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Employees can not create customers at the moment hopefully this will be implemented in the future but this is not available at this time and we can not give any eta. Yes, they should not be managers allusers must have only one role and mail for each role. You must not combine roles this will lead to conflict of roles and Amelia will not work properly if this is created.
