Dear WP Amelia Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the WPAmelia plugin on my website. The problem was noticed while trying to use the step-by-step booking form. After entering user information, the booking process does not proceed to the order summary or next step. This prevents bookings from being completed.
Additionally, my debug logs show the following PHP Notice:
Translation loading for the WPAmelia domain was triggered too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.
I am unsure if this issue is directly related to the update to WordPress 6.7.1, but I have recently noticed that plugins seem to encounter more frequent issues related to translation files.
Here are my system details:
• WordPress Version: 6.7.1
• WP Amelia Version: 7.9
• PHP Version: 8.3
Could you please confirm if this is a known issue and provide any available fixes or updates?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Janin
Hi Janin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, this issue is caused by the latest WordPress update. Other plugins are also showing this error, not just Amelia. Until we find a solution, the workaround is to turn off the debug mode in the wp-config file. You can refer to this link for more information.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
Thanks for your response, but I need to clarify the issue. The Debug mode is already turned off on the website, and no warnings or notices were displayed on the front end.
The problem is not just about the warning messages. The step-by-step booking process is broken – after entering user details, it doesn’t proceed to the order summary or next step. This makes it impossible for clients to complete their bookings.
Turning off Debug mode does not resolve this functional issue. Could you please look into this and provide further assistance? It’s critical that the booking system works again as intended.
Best regards,
Janin
Hi Janin,
Sure, i'm trying to find the URL of the page where the step-by-step booking form is located. Can you perhaps provide the URL?
