Is it possible to refund a client after he cancel the event?
So the route should be:
Client choose an event > pay for the event > after payment confirmation, user is able to go to te event.
Client can’t go to the event so he cancel the same > refund user with the same method that he pays or to a wallet
it doesn’t make sense an user cancel the event and lost his money.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, you can refund the payments that are paid with online payment methods such as WooCoomerce, Stripe, Razorpay and etc. All payments are visible in the Finance section and you can preview them there. You can find more information here.
