I created a WhatsApp message template that uses 6 numbered variables. However, when I use this template in the notifications, Amelia displays 8 variables.
If I only fill in 6 variables, it cannot be saved. If I fill in all 8 variables, it can be saved, but the message fails to send.
{{1}} {{2}} izin mengingatkan, besok jadwal latihan {{1}} {{2}}:
Jam {{3}}
Coach {{4}}
Tempat {{5}}
Kami harap kehadiran {{1}} {{2}} untuk melanjutkan progres latihannya bersama coach-coach terbaik kami.
Coach terbaik dan profesional kami siap membantu {{1}} {{2}}.
The template only has 5 unique variables, but some variables are repeated. If we count all occurrences, there are 11 placeholders with several repeated variables.
The issue is that the Amelia plugin displays 11 unique variables
Apologies for the delayed response. As you mentioned, the main issue is that repeated variables are not allowed in the current setup. The process requires a one-to-one relationship between variables and placeholders.
For example, the template you provided, {{1}} {{2}} izin mengingatkan, besok jadwal latihan {{1}} {{2}}, includes repeated variables, which is currently not supported.
When filling in all 8 variables in Amelia, please ensure that WhatsApp also uses the same number of variables and placeholders.
That should work. I have a template that doesn’t use repeated variables, so the number of WhatsApp variables and Amelia placeholders matches. That template works perfectly.

How can I set the width of the "First Name" input text to 1/1?

Hi krisna,
Unfortunatelly, there is no integrated option, but you can perhaps edit the string with the css code. Maybe change the font size or spacing.

I think it would look odd if only that part appears different. I'll stick with the default version instead. now you can close this ticket.
Hi krisna,
Thanks for the confirmation. I will close this one.
