We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have enabled bookings above and below maximum and minimum capacity for services, however, in some instances when a customer books a slot (far below the available capacity) the system removes the time slot from availability and we are unable to take any more bookings for that time slot. Please advise how to fix? We have tried everything and this affects our ability to fill slots with multiple customer bookings.
Hi Ciaran,
Thank you for reaching out to us. To show a timeslot as available for multiple bookings, you’ll need to select the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" and ensure that the option "Allow booking above maximum capacity" is not enabled. Additionally, make sure the maximum service capacity is set to 2 or more, as this will allow customers to book the same timeslot until the maximum capacity is reached.
Please let me know if this is what you were looking for or if you need further assistance with anything else.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thanks for getting back to us Stefan.
I have implemented your settings per your earlier response (see attached) as well as turned on "allow below minimum" and turn off "allow above maximum". I then went to try make a booking on the frontend again and as you'll see by the booking slots in the attached image, our 12h00-14h00 slot is still not showing? ...we do not have 20 bookings for that slot yet, only 1, yet the slot is no longer displayed.

Hi Ciaran,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Ciaran,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. The reason the timeslots do not appear is that the employee is already assigned to another service. For example, for the service "Pottery on the Wheel," the timeslot from 11 AM to 1 PM is unavailable because the employee is already assigned to "Creative Mosaic" during that time.
It's the same if you for example select the "Creative Mosaic"
Only one timeslot is visible because the employee is already assigned to another but on a different service
The workaround is to create a different employee for each service, since this would allow you more control over the employee and services.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
