    Dear Amelia Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I wanted to clarify a question regarding the Google Calendar integration for our platform. Is it necessary for each professional to link their personal Google account to the integration, or is it possible for me to link all professionals to a single company Gmail account?

    Additionally, would using a single Gmail account for all professionals create any issues with scheduling? For instance, could it allow multiple appointments to be booked at the same time for different professionals?

    Hi Francisco,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Both options are possible to configure:

    1. Each employee can connect their own Google Calendar to their account through the employee panel.
    2. Alternatively, you can assign a single Google Calendar for all employees. However, please note that if one calendar is shared, the time slots will also be shared between employees.

    Additionally, Amelia requires each employee to have a unique email address. It won't allow the same email address to be used for multiple employees, as this would cause a conflict.
