I am facing an issue with blocking clients who fail to show up for their appointments. Currently, when I mark a client as a no-show, an icon with an exclamation mark appears next to their name. However, it seems the system only blocks them automatically after three no-shows.
I would like to configure Amelia to block a client after just one no-show, or have the ability to manually block them after one missed appointment. Note that I do not use the client portal feature, so I’d appreciate guidance on how to achieve this within my setup.
Thank you for reaching out! In the upcoming version of Amelia, there will be an option to immediately block a customer after a no-show. You will be able to manually block a customer after just one missed appointment, without waiting for multiple no-shows.
This feature will give you more control over your client management. If you need any assistance with this once the update is released, feel free to reach out!
