I want to reschedule a booking (change of date), but the time slot is not appearig as an option in the desired date. The maximum capacity is not reached and there is no minimum capacity stablished. I also enabled the option of "Allow booking below minimum capacity". So in theory, there should be no problem to reschedule that booking of 2 people to another timeslot where 2 people have already booked.
P.S. In the calendar, if I try to create a new booking for that timeslot it is possible, it just doesn't allow me to reschedule the appointment.
Thanks for reaching out to us. There options are applied to the frontend, however, you are trying to edi the appointment date and time via the backend. You would need to enable the "allow admin to book at any time option" in User Role section / Admin section.
This will allow you to change/edit the date no matter the employee work hours configuration.

P.S. The min capacity is 1 and maximum is 6. I only have 2 clients booked for that slot and I want to reeschedule 2 clients more, so this is not the problem either.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
