Our developers created the first version of the fix, which we tested on multiple Test Sites. So far, it is working well, so you can try applying it to your Site. I am sending the JS fix file here as an attachment.
Here are the instructions to apply it. Please find this JS file in our Plugin files on your WordPress hosting Plugins folder via FTP or your Hosting File Manager ( or you can try installing a Plugin "File manager" and do it this way) in the path :
Extract the JS fix we sent from the zipped folder, and upload it to overwrite the existing file.
In the end, make sure to disable this option in the Main Plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/'Use minified wpDataTables Javascript' for this JS fix to work on the front end.
We advise purging the cache of the Site after a major change like this, to be safe.
I recorded a Video, just to demonstrate the 'before' and 'after' difference on one of my Tables via wpDataTables 7.1 version and the steps to apply the fix.
You can see, before the fix, if I scroll down to a certain point - the table starts flashing in a weird way and the layout gets messed up, along with other issues etc;
Then after the fix, the issue stops happening and we can use the Fixed Headers again with our new 7.1 version.
If you need us to apply it for you, please send me the URL of a Page on your Site with the Table; And we need Administrator User credentials for the Site; Along with FTP credentials - and confirm the WordPress Folder path on this FTP for the Site - we don't wish to edit anything for the wrong site.
You can send the credentials here, just make sure to send it in a PRIVATE reply - so that only we can see it, for security reasons.
Let me know how it goes if you apply this fix - it should work.
Just also make sure to first update your wpDataTables to the new 7.1 version, before you start applying this fix - or if you need us to apply it, as well.
I also encountered a similar issue to this ticket. Due to circumstances, I was unable to update the JS as suggested, so I did not apply it. However, I was able to avoid it by disabling the fixed header. This issue has a significant impact on the UX of our service, so I would like it to be resolved. In terms of business impact, it would be about 1 million yen. Thank you.
We can apply the JS fix for you, if you need us to do that, please create a new private ticket and send us the URL of your Site along with Administrator user credentials and FTP credentials - and an URL of the Page with your Table, so we can test in the end if it's fixed.
If you're not able to provide this remote access, we won't be able to apply the JS fix on your Site.
If there are specific circumstances which prevent you of having this access - that is a shame, so as you said, at the moment you would have to either disable the fixed header; Our devs are doing their best to add the final version of this fix to one of our upcoming updates as soon as possible. We realise this is a crucial issue for some users.
We can also optionally send you a couple of older wpDataTables versions and you can try rerolling them on your Live Site and check if that helps, I believe in 6.7.1 version this bug was not present for the Fixed Headers ( if I'm not mistaken).
If you need us to send you older Plugin versions for testing to reroll it as a temporary fix attempt - please open a new private ticket (for security reasons) and you can request it there. Just make sure to open a premium ticket, which would include confirming your Purchase code there - so that I can see your licence version to send the correct installation there.

All databases use Google Drive. I removed the tables, and now the page scrolls correctly. I hope you can help me resolve this issue.

Solved by removing the Fixed columns, Fixed headers.
Luckily easy to figure out.

Thanks, Milos.
I’m glad you identified the root of the issue. There’s no need for me to enable fixed headers, so there’s no rush at all!
Best regards,
Fulvio
Hello,
Just following up on this bug.
Our developers created the first version of the fix, which we tested on multiple Test Sites. So far, it is working well, so you can try applying it to your Site.
I am sending the JS fix file here as an attachment.
Here are the instructions to apply it.
Please find this JS file in our Plugin files on your WordPress hosting Plugins folder via FTP or your Hosting File Manager ( or you can try installing a Plugin "File manager" and do it this way) in the path :
..\wp-content\plugins\wpdatatables\assets\js\wpdatatables\wpdatatables.js
Extract the JS fix we sent from the zipped folder, and upload it to overwrite the existing file.
In the end, make sure to disable this option in the Main Plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/'Use minified wpDataTables Javascript' for this JS fix to work on the front end.
We advise purging the cache of the Site after a major change like this, to be safe.

Just also make sure to first update your wpDataTables to the new 7.1 version, before you start applying this fix - or if you need us to apply it, as well.
