To create a new appointment, my clients currently follow this process:
Select employee & location > Select date > Select time > Fill in customer details > Payment information > Shopping cart
Can the steps be rearranged to this sequence instead? Select date > Select time > Select employee and location > Fill in customer details > Payment information > Shopping cart
ok. Thank you for the information you've provided. I think this topic is sufficient for now; you can close this ticket. I will open a new ticket if I have any other topics to discuss.
Can you tell me which file in the Amelia plugin is responsible for managing the layout of the booking steps, as shown in the attachment? I’d like to modify the arrangement directly in the code.
The layout of the booking steps in Amelia involves multiple files and is managed by a combination of PHP, JavaScript, and CSS within the plugin's core files. Modifying these files directly can lead to unexpected issues, especially during updates or while processing bookings. For this reason, we don’t recommend making such customizations directly in the code.
Instead, I suggest using Amelia's built-in customization options or applying CSS for minor layout adjustments. If you require a more tailored solution, it would be best to involve a developer experienced with WordPress and Amelia.

Hello Krisna,
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
This feature will be implemented in one of the future updates, but there is no ETA at the moment.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Give me an explanation about Amelia's built-in customization options. If there is a guide, please provide that as well.
