Also, is there a way to see Timeslot availability before they select a service? This way customers know how long they can book a room based on availability?
Maybe a calendar with blocked out timeslots like you have on the backend panel? or a google calendar day view?
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your update on the first issue.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
So there is no way for a customer to see what the availability of an employee (or in my case a room) is? My use case is for renting a karaoke room from 1 hour to 4 hours. Is there a way to show a booker how long they can rent a room for? I may need to just get a refund and come back when you have that functionality built. Please let me know thank you
Thank you for your message. Yes, when a customer selects an employee or service on the front-end, they will indeed see a calendar displaying all the available time slots and days. This will allow them to choose an available time and duration.
For your use case, where customers rent a karaoke room for 1 to 4 hours, you can set the duration of available bookings through the service settings in Amelia. You can define time slots and availability for the karaoke room as a "service," which should enable customers to book the room for the desired duration.
If you need further clarification or assistance in setting this up, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help!

Please ignore the first message. I just need to know if there is a way to display the calendar in blocked out time slots and book directly from that.
