This is on a live site. the bookings are coming in and can be seen in the backend appointments section however when I check the appointment is not synced on the Outlook Calendar of the employee.
Have you configured the Outlook integration settings correctly? Please ensure that the Secret and Client ID are added in the integration settings. Additionally, you’ll need to assign an employee to the Outlook Calendar.
In the Outlook integration settings, there’s an option to adjust the maximum number of events. The default value is 50, but you can increase this to a higher number if needed. Please note that to change this setting, you’ll need to enable the Remove Busy Slots option first.
Hi yes it was working fine and then wasnt. I am noticing a pattern where the appointments that are not syncing are from people using hotmail and iCloud email addresses - I understand there are issues with Hotmail anti spam with emails from a lot of applications, would this be a=part of the problem?
It’s possible that this could be the issue. While I’m not entirely certain, all appointments should typically be visible on the Outlook Calendar. Have you tried increasing the maximum number of events to see if that resolves the problem?
If you'd like, you can provide the WordPress admin credentials, and I can connect my test employee to verify the synchronization with the Outlook Calendar.
thanks Stefan, yes this is the general experience wher it seems to work ok but not in all conditions again one commen factor is customers wth hotmail accounts. I dont have any hotmail email addresses that I can use to share this, maybe some of your colleagues do or maybe you can set one up for testing purposes as this might be useful considering how bad hotmail has become.

Hi Keith,
So i've created a new hotmail account for testing purposes, however, all appointments are still visible on the Outlook Calendar. I've booked these two
And both appointments are visible, as per the screenshot
