1. I am not able to set my camel bottle feeding session to require a minimum of 2 people in order to book. It was working before now it is not. it will allow 1 person to just book
2. Can i change where it says employee to something else. We do not have employess to choose from it is just different packages. So i want to change the word employees to session
Thanks for reaching out to us. In the service settings, you need to configure the minimum capacity to be more than 1. Once you set it to 2 or more, you will see the option to "Bring anyone with you."
Since the minimum capacity is 2, the customer will not be able to book the appointment without selecting at least one additional attendee.
You can change the labels in the Customize section of Amelia. To do this:
Go to the Customize section in Amelia.
Select the Booking Form and then the Customize option.
Choose the step (e.g., Service Selection) where you want to modify labels.
You will find the Labels section, where you can translate or adjust the labels as needed.
Hello, attached is the minimum field as you say it should be, but it still allows only 1 person to book when the minimum is set to 2.
For my second question about changing the label from employee to "Session", I press publish when I change it, and it stays the same, saying "employee." This could very well be an operator error but I will need more help. Our bookings are open and available.
When a customer makes a booking in Amelia, the system calculates the total number of attendees by including the customer booking (1) plus any additional customers accompanying them. For example, it would be 1 + 1 (the customer plus one additional person).
However, this behavior can be adjusted in the Appointment Settings under the option called "Logic for counting people."
Regarding the labels, please make sure to adjust them according to your preferred language. If you have additional languages added, you can customize them as well.
In the Customize section, at the top, there is a dropdown where you can select the desired language. From there, you can update the labels accordingly.
