Hello! We're using Amelia for a website that offers virtual medical consultations. We need the customers to fill in a form with their medical history after they register or make their first appt. We also need the Doctors (employees) to be able to see these forms. How can we do that? We added custom fields but I don't see those fields on the Customer profile, any ideas? Thanks!

Let me know if you need further assistance!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
