Google calendar and Amelia booking

    Hi!

I've been using the Amelia booking plugin for about 10 months now and it has been working perfectly. But recently it seems like I can't close slots in my booking by adding a happenings in my google calendar (Which is the main reason I chose Amelia as my booking plugin in first place). If I add a for example 1h slot in google calendar, it still shows up i Amelia as bookable, but when the customers click to book it says it not available. I get a lot of complaints by customer regarding this.

When adding a slot in google calendar before, that time disappeared completely from Amelia and wasn't showed at all. I could close entire days by only creating a happening in google calendar, but that doesn't work anymore since it looks like the whole day is available.

Can you help me with this issue?
    Thanks! /Elin

    Hi Elin,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

We’ve encountered issues like this before, and it’s often due to the sync between Google Calendar and Amelia not being properly "established." In the Google Calendar integration settings, there’s an option called Maximum Number of Events. If you scroll to the bottom, you’ll find this setting, which is by default set to 50.

To adjust it, you’ll first need to enable the Remove Busy Slots slider, after which you can increase the number to a higher value.

Please give this a try and let me know if it resolves the issue!

    Kind Regards,
