Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thank you, but I wasn't referring to this page. The staging site is a copy of the production site; the difference is that it is not live/production, so we avoid any potential changes on the production site. Here is the link to the instructions – link.
Thank you for providing the staging site. It seems that the issue is related to a conflict with the Astra theme. When I switch the theme to the default one (or any other theme), the number becomes visible.
But the "begins" label in the upper left corner is still missing. Let me investigate a bit more and I will get back to you shortly.
If you open an opened event that lasts more than a day, the "Begins" field appears.
In January 2025, I have a navigation course on several days where the "Begins" field is visible but where the number of people is missing.
I also have another website with the Astra theme installed but with the Amelia Pro version and have noticed the same issue, the "Begins" field appears only on multi-day event. With this website, the number of people field is fine.
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Regarding the "begins" label, it only appears for multi-day events because those events have multiple different dates added. However, the label doesn’t appear for single-day events, as it's clear that a single day occurs on that particular date.
Hello,
I am currently working to swith to the new Event Calendar Booking Form 2.0 (standard version).
Two fields are not displayed on the booking form (ie : "Begins" at the upper left hand corner and the number of people. Please see attachments.
Oddly, on my other website with the pro version installed, it works well.
Best regards.

Hello,
Many thanks. What do you mean by "staging site" ?
I've just built a test page for you : https://capkeltiek.bzh/amelia-test-page/
Best regards.

Hi Stefan,
I've found something weird.

Hello Capkeltiek,
It seems this issue is caused by a conflict with WooCommerce CSS. You can resolve it by adding the following custom CSS:
.amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container .el-input-number .el-input__inner {
max-width: 100%;
}
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Kind Regards,

Good evening,
I've just added the custom CSS and it works great! Thank you very much indeed!
The https://capkeltiek.bzh website uses Woocommerce but not https://aezhenn-croisieres.bzh/.
That explains the different behaviours.
What about the "Begins" label? It seems that it's not displayed on single day event only.
Hi capkeltiek,
That's great news, you're welcome!
Regarding the "begins" label, it only appears for multi-day events because those events have multiple different dates added. However, the label doesn’t appear for single-day events, as it's clear that a single day occurs on that particular date.
