Dear Amelia Support Team,

I am encountering a recurring HTTP 500 error on my WordPress site when utilizing the Amelia plugin. The error occurs during the following request:

XHRPOST https://naturopathe-alexandratrey.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/bookings [HTTP/2 500 957ms]

Site Details:

WordPress Version: latest
Amelia Plugin Version: 7.9
PHP Version: 8.3
Active Theme: Betheme
Active Plugins: Classic Editor, Converter for Media, HD Quiz, Loco Translate, Really Simple Security, Redirection, Widgets pour les avis Google, Wordfence Security, WP Crontrol, WP Mail SMTP, WPZOOM Instagram Widget & Block, Yoast SEO
Plugin temporarily disabled : W3 total cache, CDN cloudflare, Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE)
Stripe is actually in TEST mode
Troubleshooting Steps Undertaken:

Cache Exclusion:
Added /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php to the exclusion list in W3 Total Cache.
Configured a page rule in Cloudflare to bypass caching for admin-ajax.php.
Plugin Conflict Check:
Deactivated all plugins except Amelia to identify potential conflicts.
Theme Conflict Check:
Switched to a default WordPress theme to rule out theme-related issues.
Resource Allocation:
Increased PHP memory limit to 512M.
Extended PHP script execution time.
File Permissions Verification:
Ensured correct file and directory permissions are set.
Error Log Analysis:
Enabled WordPress debug mode and reviewed error logs for insights.
Despite these efforts, the error persists. I am seeking your expertise to diagnose and resolve this issue.

To further investigate, could you please check the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools and share the specific response message associated with the failed request? This can often provide critical insights into the root cause of HTTP 500 errors.

Here’s how you can do this:

Open your browser’s developer tools (usually accessible via F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I/Cmd+Option+I).

Go to the Network tab.

Reproduce the error by attempting the action that triggers the issue.

Locate the failed admin-ajax.php request in the list and click on it.

Under the "Response" or "Preview" section, copy and share the message or details.

This will help us pinpoint the problem more effectively.

Hello Bedoucha,

Thank you for the update on this.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
