Hi! I have a question. Since the packages assigned to me don't offer the option to change the expiration date, I would need some advice from you. My studio closures for Christmas or summer vacations are 20 days long, so since I can't "freeze" the packages and can't change their expiration date, my clients will complain a lot about this (and they are right). What alternative solution do you recommend to manage this situation? How can I leverage Amelia to resolve this issue?
I hope you are doing well. That's correct, unfortunately, there is no "freeze" period when it comes to Packages. I guess, you can assign those packages/appointments manually after the break period? Unfortunatelly, I don't see any better solution, since as you said, the expiration date can be changed once the package is created (no options can be changed after all). I know it is a lot of manual work, but the appointments are no longer bookable after the expiration date, so you would need to book the appointment manually anyway.
Yes, these three columns determine the expiration date.
You would need to go the database, search for the packages
Then find the particular package and click on Edit
If you scroll down to the bottom, you will find those tables, but its recommended to change the expiration date via the frontend (it much more intuitive)

Hi Stefan, thanks for the kind response. Is it possible to modify the expiration date of the packages directly from the database?
