Dear Amelia Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with the Amelia plugin on my WordPress website.
When I attempt to book the same course for two participants under the same account, the system prevents the second booking and displays a message saying the slot is already reserved. Could you advise on how to enable multiple bookings for the same class under the same user?
Since we need to input the student’s name (which may differ from the subscriber’s name), we use custom fields to collect this information. As a result, there are cases where the same user might need to make multiple bookings for the same class. Could you advise on how to enable this functionality?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. Currently, Amelia does not allow a single customer to book multiple appointments for the same class or service at the same time. The system is designed to prevent double-booking for a single slot, so if one participant books a slot, it will not allow the same customer to reserve it again.
