At the moment you can book each course individually via our website. Since there are now so many, we want to offer monthly contracts. There are 3 month contracts, 6 month contracts and 12 month contracts. The users should then select a contract via Amelia and the payment should also be debited monthly by direct debit. The contracts should also be terminated via amelia. With these monthly contracts you can then take part in all courses.

At the moment, Amelia does not support monthly payment options or recurring billing like direct debit. You can set up the booking for the different contract durations (3, 6, or 12 months) as services, and customers can book and pay for those upfront.
If you're looking for automated recurring payments, you could explore using a third-party plugin like WooCommerce Subscriptions for subscription-based payments. However, please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility or proper functionality when using third-party plugins with Amelia.
