I have an employee's time split up into 2 blocks 8:00-12:00 and 12:00-17:00. It is possible to assign a 4 hour service to the first block and a 5 hour service to the second block. Is it possible though to assign a full day service (say an 8hr service) to the employee that spans over the two time blocks?
I would think by adding the 8 hr service to both the first block of time and second block of time would make it possible, but it doesn't seem possible to book unless the service length matches one block of time.
I do know that I can make the employees time slot the entire duration of the day however I broke up the time so that I can assign some service specifically to the morning only.
Unfortunately, the duration of the service must match the work hour period assigned to the employee. This means that you won't be able to book an 8-hour service across two separate time blocks.
You could adjust the employee’s time slot to cover the entire day, but if you need to keep the blocks split, the service duration will need to align with one specific block.
I hope this helps clarify things, and feel free to let me know if you need further assistance!
