We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

When I created a new page for my website and added the ameliastepbooking shortcut, it does not show me the consistent one so that the patient can request an appointment

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.

No hay problema. Me alegra haber podido ayudarte. Ten en cuenta que, si aún deseas usar el plugin de caché, deberás excluir los archivos de Amelia del almacenamiento en caché. Recomendamos WP Fastest Cache, ya que es fácil excluir los archivos del caché. Si prefieres mantener el plugin de caché desactivado, también está bien. Esto no afecta el funcionamiento de Amelia.
