How can employees add notes after the appointment is completed?

I hope you are doing well. The only solution is to add the notes as "internal notes" in the appointment section.
Unfortunatelly, other than this field, there are no other options.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Can "internal notes" be created by employees, or are they limited to admins only?
Yes, when creating a new appointment (from the employee panel), they should be able to see the same window with the same options.

How can I do that? I don’t see any button that allows adding internal notes.

Hi krisna,
I was refering to the process when an employee creates a new appointment from the employee panel. You would need to enable the permissions first in User Role settings (manage their appointments)
After this, when an employee click on "create new appointment" he should be able to see the same options as an admin when creating new appointment

I have already activated the employee panel. Do you mean notes that are added before the appointment takes place? I need to write notes about my customer's progress, so the notes should be added after the appointment is completed. Is that possible?

No, i was referring to this particular section, but it's not what you are looking for. The option that you are looking for is unfortunately not available at this moment. As you may already know, you can suggest it as a feature on our suggestion page.
