I read on your page (see url) that it should be possible to "add a hyperlink that’ll lead the customers to your “Terms & Conditions” page, before clicking on “I agree”)."
I've managed to create a custom field where i can write a text, but I cannot click anywhere to add a file or add a link. I can only add more custom fields. I've tried the text context and the checkbox. Also tried te custom field: attachement. But then I cannot attach anything...
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
Is it also possible to delete the "extra's" in the step by step booking form/menu? And the option "do you want to repeat the booking" ? (see attachements)
By default, this option is disabled; this means that your customers will not be able to reschedule their appointments on the Customer Panel. The only option that will be visible to them is to Cancel the appointment and it is located in the “Pencil” button shown in the screenshot below.
Please note that the “Cancel” option can’t be disabled.
If you enable the “Reschedule” option, next to the Cancel button, they will also see the Reschedule button once they click on the “Pencil” button. By clicking on the Reschedule button, the dialog will pop up, and your customers will be able to reschedule the appointment for some available slot in the future.
Don’t forget that in General Settings, you can set up the minimum time required before canceling/rescheduling."
But this option is nowhere to be found by me. I have found the client settings under Role settings, and have enabled the option to allow clients to reschedule. But where does this show now? And I would like to embed this in the conformation email but there doesn't seem to be a shortcode for this. Is this possible? (I did find the shortcode for canceling an appointment in notifications).
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for your reply. I understand. I just don't know what url to use for this? Is this one i should make a new page for? and what code from amelia booking to use? Where do I find or create the url that is asked to enter here. (customer panel page URL).
To set this up, you'll need to create a new page on your WordPress site. Once the page is created, use the following shortcode to display the customer panel:
Only the links don't work. Well, the one for the customer panel access does open a "send acces link" where customer need to fill out their email address (is this the way?). But the cancelation link doesn't work..
Could you please provide a screenshot or a screen recording showing how the links appear and behave on your end? This will help me better understand the issue and assist you in resolving it.

Hello Rivka,
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.

Hello Rivka,
Thank you for the update on this.
You can do so on the Amelia/Services page, disable the "Recurring appointment" option and delete extras for that specific service.
Please let me know if that works for you.

Hi Uros,
Another question. I would like my clients to be able to reschedule their appointments. Now I've found this on your website: https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/ and then ..
"Allow customers to reschedule their appointmentsBy default, this option is disabled; this means that your customers will not be able to reschedule their appointments on the Customer Panel. Tanks again.

Hello Rivka,
Thank you for the update on this.
For this purpose, you will have to enable and configure a customer panel.
Let me know if that works for you.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Rivka,
Thank you for your message.
To set this up, you'll need to create a new page on your WordPress site. Once the page is created, use the following shortcode to display the customer panel:
This will allow customers to access their appointments and events. Once the page is published, you can use the URL of this page wherever needed.
Let me know if you need further assistance!

Hi Uros,
I managed to create te page and copied the url link. I also embedded the code in the notifications via the placeholder.
You can reschedule your appointment here:
Customer Panel Access Link
Or cancel there:
Cancel Appointment Link
Only the links don't work. Well, the one for the customer panel access does open a "send acces link" where customer need to fill out their email address (is this the way?). But the cancelation link doesn't work..
thanks again :)
