We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Automatic Invoicing Integration with Amelia

    Hello,

I would like to send automatic invoices to my clients after they book an event or an appointment. The invoicing feature in Amelia Booking is not suitable due to translation issues and the limited ability to customize invoices. Therefore, I would like to add a WooCommerce invoicing plugin to my WordPress website.

My question is as follows : Since payments for Amelia appointments and events are processed via Mollie, can I still install the WooCommerce extension (without activating it on Amelia) ? Would this create any conflicts regarding payments ?

If this does not pose an issue, do you think it will be possible to send invoices automatically to clients who book via Amelia using Mollie (with their personal information included) ?

In short, I’m looking for a solution that is compatible with Amelia to send invoices for my clients’ accounting needs.

    Thank you,

    Max

I could potentially use the invoices provided by Amelia Booking, but I’m unable to add the client’s address or their VAT number to the invoices.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello Max,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Currently, Amelia does not provide an option to customize the invoices, meaning there is no ability to add additional fields like the client’s address or VAT number directly within the plugin.

As for integrating a WooCommerce invoicing plugin with Amelia, you can certainly install the plugin without activating it on Amelia. Since Amelia processes payments through Mollie, this setup should not create conflicts regarding payments. However, you would need to explore whether WooCommerce can automatically send invoices for Amelia bookings by connecting the relevant customer information.

If you need further assistance, feel free to let me know!

    Kind Regards,
