Unfortunately, I cannot create new customers or new customers cannot register for appointments.

What can I do?

I just realized that I can't create new events either. :/

And discovered the next mistake. There were bookings for a specific date, the orders for it were also received, but were not entered as a participant at the date.

Thus, the date is actually fully booked, but unfortunately not at the event.


These orders 805633 & 805618 are it, and the event is on 24.01.2025.

Unfortunately, I can't add the participants manually. So I now have a big problem with the booking.

Unfortunately, I still can't create a customer. So the problem persists.

I also tried it in different browsers (Safari & Chrome), but unfortunately without success.

No new customer will be added.

Try to either create customers directly, create events or add a new customer to an event. Unfortunately, it is not possible.
