Our customer is using the booking form and is mostly working okay.
Our issue is the Outlook integration. Customer has to log out of Outlook in the admin panel and then back in for the calendar to sync and update bookings. However, several hours later the sync is no longer working and has to repeat the process to again sync and make functional again.
Why does the sync break and is there a way to prevent this as the customer is not satisfied with this process?

We only have the one user so can only test his Outlook sync.
It happens consistently every time. We can't be sure how long it works for but can be as little as a hour or two. He can then go into the admin panel and log out of Outlook and back in and it resolves again.
We’ve encountered this issue before, and it was often due to expired tokens. However, we’ve not been able to identify the exact root cause of why the tokens expire. If possible, could you provide your WordPress admin credentials so we can log in and take a closer look at the issue?
Please rest assured that we only access the plugin to investigate (especially if it’s a production version of the site), and we never interfere with any other data or functionality. Additionally, we do not share login information with third parties.

Thank you for providing access. However, I’m encountering an issue where I’m unable to assign the Outlook Calendar to my test employee due to a redirect URI error.
To clarify the issue further: Are you able to connect an Outlook Calendar to an employee, but after some time, it disconnects automatically? Does an admin then need to log in to WordPress to reconnect the Outlook Calendar manually?
I’ve installed the phpMyAdmin plugin for database access. If we have access to your database, I can forward the use case to our developers for further investigation.
Once again, it’s challenging to investigate the issue if it doesn’t occur consistently (only occasionally), but I’m hopeful that the developers will be able to find something.

The developers have downloaded the duplicate with the Outlook calendar assigned, but they couldn’t replicate the issue. The Outlook calendar itself didn’t disconnect. Therefore, we’d like to request access to the staging site for further troubleshooting.
