I am not able to view the appointments in the wordpress backend, whereas the appointments are being showed up in the employee panel and customer panel.
Also Please let me know how do i chnage the status of appointment from pending to approve and how do i set the status to approve by default
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
But now editing/changing the status of appointment is not happening through employee panel front-end. When someone books an appointment I have already set the default state to approved in the back-end but still after booking it shows pending and then that status I am not able to change in employee panel, For that I need to login to wordpress backend and through the dashboard I need to do it whereas this should be done through the employee front-end panel, Also to be noted from front-end the status can be changed from pending to cancel and back when we change to approve it goes to pending, for approval as i said we need to login to wordpress dashboard. Please suggest a solution

please find the attached recording clip, In that if you see through employee-panel front-end I tried to change the status of an appointment but it did not reflect to the approve status and nor it happened at the backend, but from backend it happens when i do that status change, help me to do the same from front-end employee panel

Hello Still waiting for the solution on the following issue - 1. The appointment status does not set to approved even after setting it as default in the general settings 2. The appointment status does not change from front-end employee panel when the employee change it from pending to approved, but when changed to cancelled it changes. 3. Also please let me know how do i add the appointment approve url in the mail for the employee, as i added it but on clicking it in the mail it says 404 page not found 4. Can you please let me know if I want to pass the location selected value to a custom field in the customer information, how do i do that, if this is possible. 5. Can i change the invoice layout design, like i want to employee information in the template.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
