Ive been trying to get Amelia Booking to work on each individual treatment.
Eg: Brows, Lips etc
When I make the booking currently it goes through the woo commerce process and calendar doesn't come up to booking dates and time slots although I have set everything up.
Ideally I want the calendar for brows to come up for brows and the lips calendar to come up for lips then to pay via woo commerce.
You will see images of what I currently see when booking. No calendar at all
Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you haven't configured the Amelia booking form. As per the screenshots, only the WooCoomerce Cart is visible. You need to configure the booking form and then configure the WooCoomerce product, assign it to Amelia Service and then you can offer the booking option to your customers. You can check out this link for more information about WooCoomerce.
The procedure is that the booking is processed through the Amelia booking form before the appointment is added to cart. When the date / time is selected, the booking is done, the checkout is done via WooCoomerce. You can choose between the WooCoomerce checkout / cart. This is because the WooCoomerce product needs to be assigned to Amelia service, as stated in WooCoomerce instructions.
It's actually the opposite. The booking form cannot be opened through the WooCommerce cart. Instead, the WooCommerce cart/checkout is displayed after the customer selects a timeslot and completes the booking process. The WooCommerce cart/checkout is where the payment is finalized (marking the booking as completed).
While you can display the cart on a separate page, it won’t trigger the Amelia booking form.
Let me clarify this for you. To set up WooCommerce integration in Amelia, you first need to create a WooCommerce product. This product acts as a "bridge" between Amelia and WooCommerce. Since WooCommerce is used as a payment method in Amelia, having a WooCommerce product is essential to direct customers to the checkout or cart page. You can find detailed instructions in the Amelia WooCommerce documentation.
In summary, the process starts with a booking form (a page displaying the booking form) where your customers select their desired time slot and book an appointment. Once the booking is completed, they are redirected to the WooCommerce cart.
What you're describing seems to be the reverse of this flow. In your scenario, the process starts with the cart being visible, but it doesn’t forward to the booking form. This would require a different workflow, where the booking form comes first.
I hope this explanation makes things a bit clearer.

Still doesnt work. Its not bringing up the calendar.
The only thing I can think of it the bit where you add that bit to the order section. Mine doesn't stay in that field after updating

Ok I dont think this booking system does what we expected it to do via the woo commerce integration.
Are you saying we have to set up a product outside of woo commerce eg: a page then have a link to the booking system.
