In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Good day, 

    I need assistance to setup Amelia. There is 4 options that is need. 

    My Songwriting mentorship classes are a total of 8h. These classes divided into 2 hour slots x 4. 

    1- Recurring appointment

    I would like the recurring appointment for my classes to be weekly.

    Recurring on the same day and time every week without giving the student the choice.

    Except maybe holiday season where a date or two might be shifted if available 

    2- One payment for the classes instead of split

    3- Booking must be 1 week before the classes start for us to prepare for the student

    The setup you're asking for is possible with Amelia:

    1. Recurring Appointment: You can set your classes to recur weekly on the same day and time. Students will not have the option to choose different days or times, and this can be easily configured in Amelia. For holiday season adjustments, you can manually shift the dates if needed.

    2. One Payment for the Classes: Instead of splitting the payment, you can set up the total amount for the full 8-hour course and have it paid upfront. This can be done by configuring a single payment for the entire package.

    3. Booking 1 Week Before: You can set the booking window to limit the ability to book only 1 week in advance, ensuring that the student can book only when enough time is available for preparation.
