A customer booked a 1/2 price sibling event instead a full-priced child for the class. I'm trying to figure out how to see the remaining balance for her account. Please advise!
Thanks for reaching out to us. All payment information is visible in the Finance section. You can find all payments there, whether related to a service or an event.
If you click on "Pencil" icon, the edit window will open and you change the amount or status there
AH HA - I didn't see a list of payments when I looked at that tab and it turns out it was pure, unbridled user error. I had the date filter set wrong, so didn't see any of my purchasers at all.
