Hi, I have packages set up that I'll allow my customers to purchase. After that, instead of them using the customer panel, they will tell me their appointments date and time, and I'll book it in the back-end for them.
The only way that I know how to do it is via packages, look for the package, look for their name and then book the appointment. However, I have more than 10 packages and it would be a hassle each time for me to hunt their names in the sea of packages.
When I try to book for them under appointments or customers, I don't see their attached packages.
Is there a better way to do this? I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you for your message. At the moment, the only available option for managing package bookings is through the method you've described—searching for the package, locating the customer's name, and then booking the appointment.
Unfortunately, there is no feature to directly view the attached packages when booking under appointments or customers.
We appreciate your feedback, and we'll certainly pass this along for consideration in future updates.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out!
