Can the owner create mass emails regarding a new class offering, a cancellation, or a notice that a class is full and offering a wait list position?
Can customers opt out of email notifications for new classes or other purposes?
Can refunds be issued through the software if the class is canceled?
Is there a way for customers to leave reviews through this software?

We are not quite sure what you are asking us related to notifications so we will explain how notifications in Amelia works.
Amelia notifications are triggered based on a booking status the get notification when they book if this is approved or pending appointments and also if there are any cehcges it the appointments is rescheduled or canceled. Based on that the notifications are sent.
Customer can not leave reviews but you can issue a refund you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/.
