Whenever a customer appointment confirmation email is sent, I also want the email to be sent to an additional (fixed) email address. I was hoping to just be able to add this as a cc, but cannot see that option. It looked like you may have added it to your wishlist back in 2019, but I cannot see that functionality added yet.
In the 'Notifications Settings' area, I see an option to 'Send all notifications to additional addresses', but it seems it is not possible to add anything into this field.
Please could you advise best way forward?

Thanks for reaching out to us.
This option is exactly made for this purpose, but you need to click on the email address to add it the field. So, when you type in the email address, just hower over with the mouse click and click on it (instead of enter)
