Version 7.9. I love the view of the Catalog Booking when it shows the featured image of the packages with price and service details. How can I show a single package like this without using "package=1" because I don't like that view?
okay, would it work if I had several categories and used a variable to show only 1 cagegory? In general I don't like the step-by-step interface when services exist in multiple categories, so I've kept my site use only one category.
Apologies for the delayed response. Marko is out of the office, so I'll be assisting you with this one.
The principle is the same: there are shortcodes you can use to "tag" specific services, events, or categories, but across various booking forms. For example, these shortcodes can be used with the Step-by-Step booking form:
[ameliastepbooking show=packages] – If you have Packages enabled and only want to show packages, without services in the form.
[ameliastepbooking service=1] – If you want to show the booking form for the service with ID 1.
These shortcodes can also be used with the Catalog booking form:
[ameliacatalog category=1] – If you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1.
[ameliacatalog service=1] – If you want to show the booking form for the service with ID 1.
[ameliacatalog show=packages] – If you have Packages enabled and only want to show packages in the form.
You can find more information about other available shortcodes here.

Working on local site so can't share URL.

Hello again,
Unfortunately, there is no other way or view when you are showing only one package then that one
There is no other way to show or place only one package they can be shown via placeholder and that is the one and only view in catalog booking.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
