I am experiencing an issue with Amelia plugin where the price does not display correctly on the cart page or the Thank You page after a payment method is selected. This issue only occurs when using the WooCommerce payment method.
Here are the details of the issue:
Problem: Prices fail to display on the cart and Thank You pages.
Price is missing on both the cart and Thank You pages.
This issue is causing confusion for customers, as they cannot see the total cost of their orders. Please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Let me know if you require any further information, such as screenshots or access to the website backend, to investigate this problem.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

It sounds like the issue is related to WooCommerce configuration or conflicts, especially since it's affecting multiple pages like the Cart, Checkout, and Thank You pages. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:
Check for Plugin Conflicts: Disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and Amelia, then test the functionality. If the issue is resolved, re-enable each plugin one by one to identify the conflict.
Check Payment Gateway Configuration: Ensure that the payment method is correctly set up in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments. If the bank account details were previously working and are now not displaying, check if any recent updates or changes to the payment gateway might have disrupted the configuration.
Check Theme Compatibility: Sometimes, issues like this can arise due to theme compatibility. Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. If the problem disappears, there may be an issue with your current theme's integration with WooCommerce.
Clear Cache: Ensure that the cache (both on your site and in your browser) is cleared. Caching plugins or browser cache could be showing outdated data.
Check WooCommerce Logs: Review the WooCommerce > Status > Logs section for any error messages related to payments or cart functionality. This might provide more insight into what's going wrong.
Ensure WooCommerce and Amelia are Updated: Make sure you're running the latest versions of both WooCommerce and Amelia to avoid any issues related to outdated software.
If you continue to face issues, I recommend contacting WooCommerce support or providing further details on the error logs for deeper troubleshooting.
Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear that the issue has been resolved after deactivating some plugins.
If you don’t mind sharing, do you have an idea of which plugin might have caused the conflict? This information could be helpful in case similar issues arise in the future.
Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance!
The Plugin Name is Cart Discount Rules. My client request MYR20 off if checkout amount above MYR 200. This plugin working perfectly in other website but seem it has conflict with Amelia. By the way, I try to use Coupon function in Amelia, but i could not set conditions as mentioned. Can you advice on it too?
Thank you for the update! We have noted the conflict with the Cart Discount Rules plugin. As you mentioned, this plugin works perfectly on other websites but seems to have an issue when used with Amelia.
Regarding the use of the Coupon function in Amelia, unfortunately, there is no option to set conditions like "MYR 20 off if checkout amount exceeds MYR 200." Amelia's coupon feature is quite basic and doesn't support advanced conditions such as cart total or specific discounts based on conditions like the one you're requesting.
Let me know if you need further assistance or clarification!
