I need a little help. Appointments are not displayed in Amelia section when the reservation is made with woocommerce paiement. The ordor goes normally, it appears in Woocommerce section and the customer receives their ordor email (woocommerce email), but the appointment doesn't appear at all in the Amelia section. No appointment, no zoom link, no new client ... Like nothing happened. It worked fine yesterday, then I activated the plugin with the code and since it hasn't worked anymore.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. This might be related to the multiple user roles assigned issue. Currently, I can see that my temporary WP user has multiple user roles assigned
Which WP user you use when you want to preview the appointments? They might be created, but you are just not able to see them because of this conflict.
I use the user Camille (with the adress contact@ ) but I have only one role (administrator), so I don't think that is the problem. In addition, when booking, no meeting is created on the Zoom site. Which was the case before or when I don't use woocommerce payment.
I don't know if there is a link, but the form no longer work correctly on mobile. The redirect page for the woocommerce paiement is the shopping cart (empty) and not the checkout page. (only the mobile version)
Thanks for the update. For some reason, I'm not able to see the appointments that are booked from the frontend (those booked via WooCoomerce). I'm not sure why, but I was able to investigate and narrow down the issue. It's not the user role conflict, since if I create a new appointment manually from the backend, I'm able to see that appointment. I would like to ask for the staging site access, so I can forward it to developers for further troubleshooting.
The staging site is a copy of the production site. We usually ask for this staging site for testing purposes because we want to avoid potential production site issues. It's also a good practice when escalating to developers. You can find more information on this link.
Thank you for providing access to the staging site. I’ve already forwarded this use case to our developers for further investigation. As soon as I receive their feedback, I’ll get back to you with the information.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused, and thank you so much for your patience.
I just wanted to provide you with an update: the developers are still troubleshooting this issue. I will get back to you as soon as I have any feedback.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.
Thank you so much for your patience while we've been working on resolving your issue. Our team is actively working on the troubleshooting and will have an update for you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and I truly apologize for the delayed response. Our developers are still working on troubleshooting the issue, and I’m sorry for the wait. Please rest assured that we’re doing our best to resolve this for you.
Apologies once again for the delayed response, and thank you for your patience.
After extensive research and troubleshooting, we’ve finally found a solution. Appointments are now visible in the Appointments section of Amelia after booking. I’ve tested this by booking a test appointment via WooCommerce, and as you can see, it appears correctly in the Appointments section.
Feel free to test it out on your end and let me know if it works.
